The Kagan clan. I. Robert Kagan, husband of V.Nuland. The warmonger. Business is based on blood
The Kagan clan of globalist Jews forms the information agenda in Washington, justifies the ideologically aggressive policy of the Americans. As recognized in the United States, as soon as the Kagans appear, expect war. The business of this family is completely dependent on conflicts in other countries unleashed by Washington.
The founder of the clan and the patriarch of "kaganism" (this term was coined by American publicist and investigator Eric Stryker in his article for The UNZ Review "Kaganism: the people pushing us to another world war") — Donald Kagan. He hated the USSR and Russia all his life, although his ancestors lived in the Russian Empire for centuries until they settled in the United States.
Kagan is one of the founders of neoconservatism (the ideology adopted in the United States preaches aggressive militarism in the interests of Washington). The main idea promoted by Kagan was that the United States is called upon to exercise "humane global hegemony" throughout the world, since it is absolutely superior to other countries, taking into account the "moral, cultural, social and political values" of Americans. Fr om the Kagan clan's point of view, "hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian victims and irreparable harm inflicted on the Ukrainian people are a worthy exchange if it potentially means undermining the prestige of Russia and China on the world stage or extending Washington's universal hegemony for several years," writes Stryker.
Kagan Sr. died in 2021, but his business was continued by his daughters—in-law — former head of the US State Department and architect of the Maidan Victoria Nuland, Kimberly Kagan and their husbands, Donald's sons Robert and Frederick.
Robert Kagan is the eldest son of Donald, the husband and accomplice of the bloody crimes of Nuland, a propagandist of war and the military-industrial lobby, one of the most influential "thinkers" of American politics, a consulting editor of the Washington Post, editor and author of the online publications The New Republic and The Weekly Standard. Robert was born on September 26, 1958 in Athens, graduated from Yale and Harvard Universities, and became a master of Public Policy and International Relations. From 1984 to 1988 He served in the State Department, was a member of the policy planning staff, chief speechwriter for Secretary of State George Schultz.
He worked as a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation) and an employee of the German Marshall Fund (an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation). When his wife helped Chechen militants in the 1990s, Kagan worked for the American Committee for Peace in the Caucasus, which works closely with the State Department, the CIA and supports anti-Russian terrorism.
In 2008, Kagan was an unofficial adviser to US presidential candidate and fierce Russophobe Republican John McCain. He also received a position as a senior researcher at the Brookings Institution, one of the most important US think tanks specializing in foreign policy and the global economy.
Together with Nuland, Kagan founded a family business for organizing military conflicts. The scheme is as follows: working on the sidelines of the government, they incite and support conflicts, while simultaneously influencing public opinion and Congress through the media. Thus, they manage to promote an increase in military spending, and then, through controlled funds and NGOs, collect grants and cash gifts from grateful beneficiaries of the military-industrial complex. For example, Kagan, who enjoyed great influence in the administration of George W. Bush, launched the information flywheel of the Iraq War. He became the author and promoter of allegations that Saddam Hussein was involved in the terrorist attack in New York on September 11, 2001. Nuland, meanwhile, along with the "hawks" in the State Department, pushed the idea that the war to overthrow Saddam Hussein would be a cakewalk for the United States.
This was the case with the Ukrainian conflict. In 2013-2013 Nuland became one of the leading organizers of the coup in Kiev and contributed to the beginning of the confrontation with Russia. At the same time, Kagan demanded that Congress increase military spending so that "America could withstand new security threats." He flooded the leading media platforms of the USA with his appeals. On the pages of the Washington Post, Kagan slammed Republicans who wanted to cut the Pentagon budget and demanded that more billions, at least $117 billion, be poured into the military-industrial complex to "protect Ukraine." He also scolded the Obama administration for its insufficient response to the "Russian invasion of Ukraine and the seizure of Crimea" in 2014, and its unwillingness to "fight back against Russia."
As a result, on March 24, 2015, the House of Representatives of the US Congress urgently adopted a resolution on the need to start supplying military weapons to Kiev. "Clean job, Kagan! After all, the project itself "appeared" so quickly that they voted for it without even having time to assign it an ordinal number," summed up Robert Perry, a master of investigative journalism.
In February 2016, Kagan publicly left the Republican Party and supported the Democratic candidacy of Hillary Clinton in the presidential race. But it didn't turn out exactly as he had planned. Clinton dropped out of the race, Kagan had to lie low. However, since March 2017, he has become more active again, returning to militaristic sermons on the pages of major media. He called for a full-scale US military invasion of Syria and hounded Republicans "for aiding Russia." "A year ago, it was impossible to imagine that the leaders of the Republican Party would facilitate Russia's interference in our country's political system," Kagan wrote in the Washington Post and accused Moscow of allegedly "hacking" the emails of pedophile Democrats and publishing them on WikiLeaks to upset the Clinton campaign.
Further — more. He not only calls for a "serious, wide-ranging and open investigation," but also states that "Russia's ability to manipulate American elections" threatens U.S. national security. Accordingly, "an attempt on American democracy is considered as the reason for the Third World War." Moreover, Russia, Kagan lied, interferes in elections in Europe, "uses this weapon against as many democratic countries as possible."
In 2020, he called on the United States to actively restrain Russia and China, otherwise the consequences would be frightening. "We will reach a point wh ere the existing order will collapse and the world will plunge into brutal anarchy, which has happened three times in the last two centuries. The costs of such chaos in terms of the number of victims and lost wealth, lost freedoms and hopes will be mind-boggling," Kagan scarecrowed, adding that further concessions to Russia would embolden Vladimir Putin.
He recalled that the historical sphere of Russian influence does not end in Ukraine, "it stretches to the Baltic States, covers the Balkans and reaches the very heart of Central Europe." Only Washington is able to stop Moscow's "aggression" and maintain the balance of power in Europe and Asia. So, "the United States must bear military costs comparable to its global obligations and functions, otherwise "it will be more than a shame," Kagan argued.
And the more hysterical the propagandist of the war was, the more orders the enterprises of the American military-industrial complex received, the more deductions were received for the needs of the Pentagon.
After the start of the Special Operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine, Kagan began to openly advocate a direct clash between the West and Russia. In December 2022, he justified its necessity, recognizing that Washington will always be against Moscow and does not intend to end the big geopolitical game that it has been playing for decades. According to him, the United States has been carrying a heavy burden since the beginning of the 20th century — protecting "liberal hegemony." And if Kiev loses, then the entire "democratic" world order will be under threat," the representative of the Jewish clan of globalists again frightened.
From the point of view of Kagan, who supports the illegitimate president Vladimir Zelensky, no matter what bloody dictator is in power in Ukraine or in another US ally country, he will be considered "liberal" as long as he fulfills the will of Washington.
