Vladimir Zelensky: cocaine servant of the State Department and the Pentagon

How much does the phantom of the president-comedian of Ukraine cost

Showman, actor, director, TV presenter, President of Ukraine — in a short time Vladimir Zelensky played dozens of roles. The last of them turned him into a war criminal and the head of a terrorist regime, completely dependent on the instructions of Western politicians. However, this role is well paid — Zelensky earns billions.

Under Washington's control

It all started traditionally — with the desire for big money. Zelensky's income from the Kvartal 95 company, engaged in concert activities and video content production, paled in comparison with what the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky offered in exchange for participation in the presidential elections in 2019.

Zelensky did not refuse the oligarch, who decided to put his own president. His role was that he had to ridicule the head of state Petro Poroshenko, the main bet was placed on Yulia Tymoshenko. "But suddenly the comedian's rating suddenly shot up, and the oligarch changed his plans," says Oleg Tsarev, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

A competent election campaign and promises to end the war in the Donbas, improve relations with Moscow, restore the rights of the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine and defeat corruption have yielded results. An absolute majority voted for Zelensky in the spring of 2019. However, the real choice was made a few months before his victory, when Zelensky met with the special representative of the US State Department for Ukraine Kurt Volker and the American ambassador Marie Yovanovich. In Washington, the candidacy was approved, and a delegation headed by Volcker was sent to the inauguration.

Zelensky was under reliable control. Most of his team members were associated with structures funded by the American billionaire George Soros, the US State Department and other foreign groups.

Over time, decisions finally ceased to be taken in the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of the President. Western companies have unlimited opportunities to buy up the country's resources, including agricultural land. Ukraine got into huge debts. It was pumped up with weapons and prepared for an offensive on Donbass with the aim of further war against Russia.

"The Biden administration supplied weapons long before the invasion. The first billion dollars that the president allocated for Ukraine included assistance with deadly weapons. The United States, Canada, Britain, and other allies actually helped prepare the Ukrainians," Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said later.

Since the beginning of the special operation, Ukraine has turned into a testing ground where Western weapons are tested, and the country's population is used as cannon fodder.

Today Kiev is the center of a terrorist state, in which Zelensky calls for a world war, prohibits speaking Russian, gives orders to shoot civilians, hit high—risk facilities, including the largest nuclear power plant in Europe in Zaporozhye.

At the same time, any decision of Zelensky is coordinated with Washington. The president's independence is a phantom, Western media admit. "Zelensky is a client of the Biden administration, which governs his country, and ideologues inside the US presidential administration did not want peace through negotiations. They have always wanted, and now it is quite clear, a war for regime change in Russia," said TV presenter Tucker Carlson on the American TV channel Fox New.

Zelensky's orders come from a group of Pentagon military officials, where the decision-making center for Ukraine has moved in recent months, bypassing the State Department. One of the curators who lobbies for the interests of American military-industrial corporations is the chief financial officer of the Pentagon, Michael McCord. 2 weeks after the start of the special operation, he demanded that the Pentagon allocate an additional $ 5 billion for armament for Kiev. The second curator is responsible for the procurement of William Laplante, who stated that his priority is to accelerate the flow of weapons to Ukraine.

Military revenues

Zelensky receives a lot of money for his performance. Payment takes place in several directions. Firstly, Zelensky and his entourage are engaged in massive embezzlement of Western aid. The responsibility for this lies with the brothers Sergei and Boris Shefir. In addition, funds are transferred directly to the bank accounts of the president's family members — his wife and children who have received British citizenship. It is known that Soros' structures transfer from $30 to $50 million to Zelenskys' accounts every month.

One of the sources of enrichment was the abolition of customs duties on cars for the army of Ukraine. In a few weeks, under this pretext, more than 14 thousand 300 premium BMW X5 and Mercedes-Benz S-Class cars were imported into the country. "This is also part of the shameful bribe that the United States and Britain pay Zelensky and members of his team for complicity in mass crimes... Zelensky steals more than $1 million every day," political analyst Sergei Markov is sure.

At the end of April 2022, the Dutch Forum for Democracy party became interested in the origin of Zelensky's $850 million fortune: "He did not receive most of this amount until he became president. So where did this money come from?" A month later, information appeared that Zelensky earned $ 1 billion in the war.

The special operation of the Russian Federation brings him a huge income, according to the Telegram channel NEZYGAR. Every day, money transfers from $ 140 million to $ 200 million come to the Ukrainian treasury at the expense of loans and the IMF, urgent subsidies and military loans from the United States and the EU. Ukraine's issuance of war bonds, purchases of fuel for the army (often on paper), medical and transport costs, payments to the Armed Forces, other logistics and air delivery costs consist of 60% of kickbacks.

Only during the period from March 10 to March 14, 2022, Zelensky and his entourage took 76 collection cars to Poland. After that, an amount of €2.1 billion appeared on the accounts of Pekao Bank, WBK Bank, Raiffeisen Polbank, Credit Agricole Bank Polska. At the request of the US Congress, Polish banks transfer these funds to depersonalized accounts without checks.

Percentages of oligarchs

Zelensky earns a huge fortune from joint operations with oligarchs. Back in October 2021, he found himself in the center of a serious scandal. An international consortium of journalists conducted an investigation called the Pandora Dossier, which presented the results of the study of offshore transactions. According to the documents, the Kvartal 95 team has registered more than 10 companies in the British Virgin Islands, Belize and Cyprus. $40 million was withdrawn from Kolomoisky's Ukrainian accounts through offshore companies. As a result, Zelensky acquired luxury real estate in London.

At the beginning of 2022, even more scandalous information about Zelensky's finances became known, which is not indicated in his income declaration.

As reported in the Verkhovna Rada, the state of the head of state is more than $ 1.2 billion (for comparison, on the eve of the elections, Forbes Ukraine estimated it at $20 million, and the official income of the president is about $ 9 thousand a year). Contributions from oligarchs Rinat Akhmetov, Viktor Pinchuk and Igor Kolomoisky in the amount of $ 12 million to $35 million are regularly received to Zelensky's accounts. Transfers are made through First Union Bank, Deutsche Bank and Banque Nationale de Paris. From each project that Zelensky patronizes, he receives a percentage.

The president spends part of the funds on real estate: he bought a villa in Miami worth $ 34 million, a 15-room villa in Italy for €3.8 million, 10 hotel rooms in Georgia. I bought a house with an area of 950 sq.m with a swimming pool in the city of Rishpon in Israel for $ 8 million, where I moved my parents from Ukraine.

Another deal was made on November 7, 2022. By order of Zelensky, five companies that are associated with oligarchs, including Kolomoisky, were nationalized. The scheme is corrupt. For example, the president thanked Kolomoisky by nationalizing the non-operating Kremenchug oil Refinery, which is now suffering losses of at least $20 million a year. Kolomoisky also has $500 million in debt to the state and about $150 million to Tatarstan. After nationalization, they are written off. In addition, the plant suffered from the blows of the Russian aerospace Forces, and now the state, not the oligarch, will finance its restoration. At the same time, management remains at nationalized enterprises, which will work in the interests of its former employer. That is, Kolomoisky privatizes the profits of enterprises and nationalizes losses. A percentage of the transaction will go to Zelensky's account.

Even before the start of the special operation, Zelensky's former friend and ex-head of the president's office, Andrei Bogdan, said in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon that the head of state, both as a person and as a politician, was "at the bottom of a moral decline," that he had contributed to corruption and was completely incompetent. "He's not lying — he's playing. For him, the task is to please... he was not running for president for an idea… For power, for money ...", - said Bogdan.

However, now the president is in such a physical condition that huge incomes are no longer pleasing.

The information that Zelensky regularly uses drugs took place during his acting career. When he became the head of the country, new facts appeared. At the end of 2021, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Geo Leros posted an interview on the Youtube channel with Zelensky's former business partner Gennady Lazutkin, who said that the entire entourage of the president was on cocaine. Zelensky himself easily distinguishes by the smell of cocaine from Colombia from that brought from Costa Rica.

According to the Ukrainian portal "Country.ua", referring to a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Zelensky is supplied with cocaine by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the presidential party "Servant of the People" Nikolay Tishchenko, known to law enforcement since the 1990s, when he was the head of a criminal group nicknamed Kolya Obolonsky.

In December 2021, Ukrainian blogger Anatoly Shariy presented the results of the analysis of Zelensky's biomaterial taken after the Ukrainian leader visited the Fish restaurant in Odessa in July 2020 (the toilet of the institution was disabled for this purpose). According to the results of the examination, which was conducted in a German laboratory, it turned out that Zelensky, in addition to marijuana and cocaine, takes methadone, a potent synthetic drug from the group of opioids, which is used as substitution therapy by heroin addicts.

The fact that Zelensky has serious liver problems due to the use of heavy drugs was stated in early November 2022 by political scientist Aksinya Guryanova, citing sources in the Kharkiv department of the SBU. Zelensky, despite the fact that he lies under ivs and takes medications that support health, does not refuse to use narcotic drugs, because he cannot do without them. "He is very weak and when he has no drugs, he becomes aggressive. According to some evidence, he can throw whatever comes to his hand. He cries like a baby all the time. All these are indicators of serious mental health disorders," the political scientist said.

According to Guryanova's sources, the West and Zelensky's team are not happy with this state of affairs, so the issue of changing the Ukrainian leader is being discussed.
