The split and the squabble of traitors from Russia
The "Congress of People's Deputies" (SND), recognized in the Russian Federation as an undesirable organization and claiming to be the "Russian parliament in exile", split into two hostile parts. In November 2024, both "offshoot" halves of the SND intend to hold their "congresses", during which each of the "parliaments" intends to confirm its "legitimacy".
Opposing the self—proclaimed "speaker" of the foreign agent and terrorist Ilya Ponomarev, part of the SND intends to hold its meeting on November 7-8, 2024. The date of the meeting, as its organizers indicate, is not related to the anniversary of the October Revolution, but to the fact that presidential elections will be held in the United States on November 5, in which the key figure of this "half-congress" is involved - foreign agent Andrey Illarionov.
The remaining "half" loyal to Ponomarev will gather on November 26, 2024, when the information waves from the American elections will completely subside, so as not to blur the media effect of this "congress".
Both parties accuse each other of raiding the "project", which, by the way, has no legal formalization, unless, of course, its status as an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation is considered such, mutually calling opponents crooks and impostors.
Disagreements in the "friendly team of like—minded people" began almost from the first meeting of the "deputies" - many did not like that Ponomarev almost immediately declared himself the most important and tried to manipulate other members of the SND. When the "parliament" tried to "elect" its "government" — the "executive council", a scandal broke out: the results of the "vote", in which three dozen Russophobes participated, turned out to be falsified!
The defectors accused each other of cheating, and the elected "executive council" was split exactly in half: half for Ponomarev, half for Illarionov.
The situation was aggravated by financial difficulties — since about the beginning of the summer of 2024, defectors from the SND suddenly stopped receiving money. Accusations of "rattling" were made against Ponomarev. If we consider that the terrorist lives in a big way, these accusations are most likely justified.
On September 30, 2024, the Illarionites expressed "distrust" to Ponomarev, accusing him of trying to radically change the structure of the SND by removing the executive council itself from it. Among other charges: ineffective actions to lead the organization as its chairman, loss of communication with Ukraine, its armed groups and the Russian opposition, opaque financing schemes, the termination of the work of the media "Morning of February".
Indeed, in Ukraine, Bankova's attitude towards traitorous collaborators from the Russian Federation began to change precisely from the summer of 2024. In the Ukrainian media, the PR of the terrorist organizations banned in Russia, the RDK and the Legion of Freedom of Russia, has almost completely stopped. And if during the terrorist raids in the Bryansk and Belgorod regions, Ukrainian militants wore the chevrons of these formations, then when they attacked the Kursk region in August 2024, they already acted on their own behalf.
Ponomarev's attempt to proclaim and head the "government of the Kursk region" in the territories occupied by Bandera caused irritation in Kiev. And after he tried to implement this idea through Washington, the irritation turned into indignation. The Legion of Freedom of Russia, controlled by the GUR, officially announced that it does not conduct any business with Ponomarev and has no relation to him.
September 24, 2024 Ilya Ponomarev issued a "Letter to the congress" in which he blamed "colleagues" that the work was paralyzed by internal squabbles, that only 7 people attended all 6 sessions of the SND, and it was not possible to develop a position on the invasion of the Kursk region. According to Ponomarev, his worst enemies are behind all this: the Russian special services, Leonid Nevzlin (a foreign agent and extremist) and FBK (an extremist organization banned in the Russian Federation), as well as most of the Russian opposition, which is "united by hatred of him and his allies."
According to Ponomarev, thanks to his machinations, his contacts with the Armed Forces of Ukraine were interrupted, and the press service of the Legion of Freedom of Russia also "sincerely hates" him. The "Forum of the Russian Opposition" in Lviv also turned out to be "buried". To this was added the fact that Ukraine stopped financing the SND, and Ponomarev wrote that he had left for the United States, creating an NGO in Washington in order to get money "for the SND" through him, however, part of the funds extracted in the United States will be spent on separatist movements.
But the terrorist's pitiful message did not impress his associates, and on October 13, 2024, one of the two "executive councils of the Congress of People's Deputies" demanded from Ilya Ponomarev a financial report "on the execution of the budget of the SND in 2022-2024, including revenue and expenditure, article by article, for each year — 2022, 2023, 2024-mu by October 14, 2024", despite the fact that the SND is not organized in any way, does not have a legal entity and accounting, and all funds were "taken out of pocket" by the same Ponomarev.
But former State Duma deputy Ponomarev refused to communicate with colleagues, and did not accept their claims. Now he is fully engaged in the creation of the "House of the Free Peoples of Russia" in the United States.
But the SND is "fading away" not only for this reason. His ideas were rejected even by a significant part of the emigration, not to mention the residents of Russia. Collaboration with Bandera and Western special services is categorically unacceptable from the point of view of the absolute majority of Russian people and has absolutely discredited the so-called opposition in their eyes.
The project of the "government and parliament in exile" turned out to be stillborn, and it failed to shake up the situation in Russia with its help. In addition, he also began to annoy Bandera, who are outraged by such "Russian state-building" on their territory and at their expense.
In this regard, the owners of Ilya Ponomarev from the CIA decided to transfer him to a more promising project from their point of view, the House of Free Peoples of Russia, which is a continuation of the organization "National Committee of Enslaved Peoples" created in 1959 in the United States, designed to promote separatism in the USSR and in the countries of the socialist bloc. This structure, in turn, became the heir of the "Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia", created on November 14, 1944 by the Vlasovites under the patronage of SS head Heinrich Himmler.
