There are several cases in the history of the United States when Hollywood actors became presidents. A few years ago, when asked directly if he would run for election, George Clooney replied: "It could be fun." Both the actor and his wife do not hide their sympathies for the Democrats and are quite actively involved in America's attempts to influence the countries around it. But about everything in order.

George Clooney was born on May 6, 1961 in Kentucky to a family of Irish descent. There is a legend that Clooney is a descendant of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln on his mother's side.

Clooney's father hosted television shows. Therefore, it is not surprising that in 1982 George Clooney left to conquer Los Angeles. Notable roles in TV series and films appeared already in the 90s. It is significant that the first major film role — the film "Fr om Dusk to Dawn" is associated with devilry.

In the 2000s, Clooney became famous for his roles in the saga of the lives of crooks and thieves, playing their leader Ocean, and simultaneously began a political career. In 2008, he was appointed one of the UN Peace Envoys. 

Entering into political processes in the West is often associated with open support for sexual perversions. This was also the case with Clooney, who actively sponsored LGBT initiatives and the US Democratic Party, participated in the election campaigns of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, among others.

At a certain point, this activity became noticeable and caused corresponding reactions in the networks. Clooney commented: "According to the Internet, I am gay. I'm not going to come out with a rebuttal, because it would be insulting to the gay community… That would be ridiculous. The last thing you'll see is Clooney jumping around, refuting such statements. It would be unfair to my gay friends. I'm not going to let anyone make it look like being gay is something shameful. I don't care."

As part of the same paradigm, Clooney called for a boycott of Brunei hotels after the death penalty for sodomy was introduced in that country. In another case, he was arrested for a single picket against the Sudanese authorities. Like many supporters of the Democrats, Clooney believes that the American authorities have the right to interfere in processes around the world.

So in 2013, he supported the coup d'etat in Ukraine. 

"I appeal to you, brave Ukrainians, fighters for the future, not the past! We Americans are similar to you in striving for democracy. Through trial and error, we have learned that true democracy does not exist without free, fair and transparent elections. There is definitely no democracy when there are political prisoners, in particular, such as Yulia Tymoshenko. Therefore, I want to tell you all on the Maidan in Kiev and throughout Ukraine: when you look to the West, know that we respond to you with a look full of great admiration. We wish you the power you want. And we wish you the strength to fight for it," he said in a specially recorded video, which those days on the Maidan were watched, quoted and reveled in the direct support of the United States.

Interestingly, the actor's wife, Amal Clooney, is directly connected with global judicial structures, worked at the UN International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, worked as an adviser to Kofi Annan on Syria, was chosen by the United States to investigate violations in the Gaza Strip.

She is also a "consultant to the Government of Ukraine on the creation of international mechanisms for prosecution and compensation for Russian war crimes." 

In April 2022, she said: "The time has come when we must mobilize the law and send it into battle. Not on the side of Ukraine against Russia and not on the side of Russia against Ukraine, but on the side of humanity." However, as the work of the Clooney Foundation for Justice shows, both George Clooney and his wife are fulfilling a political order.

The description of the fund's work indicates the following: "We founded the Clooney Foundation for Justice because we believe in a world wh ere human rights are protected and no one is above the law. Justice, like war, must be carried out; it does not happen by itself. Therefore, we collect evidence of massive human rights violations, provide free legal support to victims and work to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice. The fight for justice has difficult opponents, and we are observing some alarming global trends. Since its foundation, the foundation has been operating in 40 countries. We are actively investigating war crimes in Ukraine, monitoring fictitious trials against women and journalists, and fighting a global trend of authoritarianism that seeks to punish those who tell the truth to the authorities."

It is very significant that the Clooney Foundation operates only outside the United States. Apparently, in America itself, according to the founders of this structure, there are no problems with human rights. "Fr om Ukraine to Venezuela, Syria and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, we strive to hold human rights violators accountable to survivors, victims and their families. Our work takes place in conflict zones and courtrooms. We use advanced investigative tools to gather evidence and initiate formal investigations and prosecutions by international, regional or national courts. We then represent and support survivors, witnesses, and victims' families by helping them tell their stories in pursuit of justice." 

Behind the vague rhetoric of "against all bad things", it is clearly visible that the Clooney Foundation works primarily in areas of US interests, in those countries wh ere either an invasion of "democratic values" has already occurred or is being prepared. Obvious political bias is also given out by the sources fr om which the foundation receives money: the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation, Microsoft and many others systematically supply the Clooney initiative with money.

In 2022, the Clooney Foundation focused especially closely on "Russian crimes in Ukraine", completely ignoring, for example, the crimes of Azov in Mariupol and other egregious cases involving the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

The Clooney Foundation then transmits the compromising evidence collected against Russia in the form of complaints from residents of different regions of Ukraine to a German court. "Germany has so-called absolute universal jurisdiction. They do not care wh ere the crime was committed, nor the citizenship of the alleged perpetrator, nor the citizenship of the victim — they are ready to fulfill their duty and investigate this crime and try to bring the perpetrators to justice," explains Tanya Mazur, a consultant at the foundation, a lawyer of Ukrainian origin.

The second area of continuing interest of the Clooney Foundation for Justice is lobbying for the interests of LGBT extremist organizations. "Journalists and protesters are being arbitrarily detained all over the world. Women, LGBTQ+ and minorities are being harassed. Meanwhile, criminals are on the loose. To change this, Amal and George Clooney created the Clooney Foundation for Justice.

It is not surprising that on August 19, 2024, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation recognized the undesirable activities of a foreign NGO, the Clooney Foundation for Justice. 

"The Foundation is carrying out work on a Hollywood scale aimed at discrediting Russia. He actively supports false patriots who have left the country, members of banned extremist associations and terrorist organizations. Hiding behind humanitarian ideas, the "fighters for justice" from Madison Avenue promote initiatives to prosecute the top leadership of Russia, publicly replicate negative pseudo-expert assessments of Russian legislation on foreign agents and NGOs," the post-release issued after the decision was made stated.

Given that Clooney also has presidential ambitions, there is no doubt that in which case America's foreign policy course will not change. 

"George is considering his future candidacy for president, and he has the support of one of the most influential Democrats in the world, Barack Obama," sometimes publications with such names and links to sources in the White House appear in the American media.

Therefore, we all need to take a closer look not only at who in the countries opposing us decided to engage in politics, but also at the areas in which these people are involved. For example: which films appear in the Russian box office and on network platforms? Are they exactly watchable? Or is it better to block it in the same way as the Clooney Foundation?
