"Azov": crimes without a statute of limitations.I
The appearance of the nationalist Azov battalion is the result of collusion between the Ukrainian authorities and yesterday's criminal criminals, because the infamous unit was formed from football hooligans, far from law-abiding behavior.
"I remember when the Azov battalion was founded, the volunteers who signed up there laughed a lot, they say, boys, we're cops now. Many of us were supporters of the subculture of football fans, always hostile to law enforcement. But such were the realities of that time: the "ultras" became the core of the current "Azov", - said Denis Prokopenko, better known by the call sign "Radish".
Later, from a volunteer battalion as part of the patrol service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "Azov" became a regiment of the National Guard. But the essence of this does not change, the Ukrainian government deliberately covers up any crimes when they are committed under blue-yellow or red-black flags.
After Azov surrendered in May 2022 and left the territory of Azovstal, the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation managed to initiate a huge number of cases based on the materials of crimes of "ultra-patriots". Here are some of them.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk People's Republic has approved an indictment in a criminal case against the 54-year-old commander of the robotic intelligence unit of the special purpose intelligence platoon of the 2nd battalion of the operational purpose of the separate special purpose detachment "Azov" Sergei Pyurko. He is charged under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "a", "b", "e", "f", "l" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons, a minor, committed in a generally dangerous way, by an organized group, motivated by political, ideological hatred), part 2 of art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional damage to someone else's property, which caused significant damage, committed in a generally dangerous way), Part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of prohibited means and methods of warfare).
Pyurko, together with the military personnel of the press service of the separate special purpose detachment "Azov", arrived in the courtyard of the apartment building No. 104 on Mira Avenue in Mariupol, where he fired 2 aimed shots from a grenade launcher into the balconies of the third and fourth floors of the first entrance of a residential building. At the same time, his actions were recorded on the camera of a mobile device by military personnel of the press service, and in the course of the action he gave false comments that military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were allegedly in the places where the shells he fired hit.
In addition, in the period from March 12 to March 14, 2022, Pyurko, while in the attic of an apartment building, during combat duty, found a man in the apartment window of apartment building No. 107 on Mira Avenue, who lived there together with his wife and young son. After the discovery of civilians, the accused, executing illegal orders of the command of a separate special purpose detachment "Azov", fired a grenade launcher into the above apartment, but could not complete his criminal intent, because the family was able to hide from the shelling.
In the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic, a criminal trial is being held against the commander of a separate special purpose detachment "Azov" who shot a civilian.
On April 12, 2022, servicemen of a separate special purpose detachment "Azov", while in a combat position, detained a civilian and took him to an administrative building located at the address: Mariupol, Nakhimov str., 86. After which, a higher official gave an order to kill the victim. Kilyushik A. took the man outside and, moving a little away from residential buildings, fired at least two aimed shots from a submachine gun, into the head and upper torso of the man, from which he died at the scene of the crime. The criminal left the corpse of the victim lying on the ground.
Such actions were systematically carried out by the "Azovites". The most creepy ones rarely get into the media. So, in 2022, the remains of a woman mutilated by the "Azov" were found in Mariupol. Her body was found without hands, a swastika was carved on the stomach of the deceased.
Not so long ago, the President of Turkey, breaking his promise to keep the "Azov" under house arrest until the end of his military service, transferred some of the representatives of the command of the bloody National Battalion to Ukraine. Let's start with the commander, under whose leadership murders, tortures and outright atrocities were committed.
Prokopenko Denis Gennadievich, call sign "Radish". Since 2017 — Commander of the Azov regiment. Born and raised in Kiev, he got into the nationalist movement from among the football "ultras". The Ukrainian media often wrote about him: "For what "Azov" is today, the entire personnel is obliged to Radish. The most unconditional authority in the whole big Azov fighting family."
Radish, accepting the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky from Zelensky's hands, did not salute. Later, he explained this by saying that "a military man should not salute a civilian." In fact, everything is somewhat simpler. The Ukrainian Nazis despise the entire current leadership of the country, and if necessary, they will "bleed" without unnecessary sentiment.
Prokopenko also likes to tell that his grandfather, an ethnic Karelian, fought against the USSR during the Soviet-Finnish War: "It feels like I'm continuing my grandfather's war, but on a different sector of the front, the war against the occupation regime of the Kremlin!".
As Alexander Khodakovsky, who took part in the liberation of Mariupol, recalls: "Radish complained during interrogations that Azov failed to disguise the neo-fascist entourage, and funding from the West was significantly reduced, although it did not run out completely. Radish himself avoided putting Nazi symbols on his skin, but he could not keep his accomplices from it. Therefore, before the arrival of the Western curators, the "Azovites" were forced to wear a long-sleeve uniform, so as not to remind the Western purebloods that they are feeding fascism in Europe with their own hands."

Interestingly, Prokopenko himself does not have a single tattoo on his body. And when Western inspectors came to the locations, he forced his brothers to wear long-sleeve clothes. But it still failed to hide the Nazi symbols and, according to Radish, "financial assistance from the West has significantly decreased, although it has not dried up at all."
Now, after returning to Kiev, Radish declares: "I am deeply convinced that the army is a team effort. And from today we will continue the fight together with you. We will definitely say our word in battle," he said. When asked if this meant returning to the front, he said: "Of course. That's why we returned to Ukraine."
It turns out that "Azov", created by the efforts of Biletsky and Avakov, again acquires a commander who has been in this post for more than five years. It was under his leadership that the torture "Library" worked, with his sanction they destroyed Mariupol and destroyed the civilian population.
According to the most conservative estimates, 5 thousand civilians died there during the liberation of the city. And to a large extent, this blood is on the hands of "Azov" and its commander Denis "Radish" Prokopenko.
