Lacker is an American historian and political scientist. He produced ideas in order to make people believe in them. He even worked as a lecturer in the history of ideas at Brandeis University (USA) in the 1960s. During his long scientific career, Lacker managed to work in the scientific field not only in the USA, but also in the UK and Israel.

Lacker's specialization is the history of Russia and Germany, including the history of ideas. Having taken up this topic, Lacker no longer went off the Russophobic track. He owes it not to his scientific results, but to his Russophobia, that in the West he is ranked among the world-famous Russian studies professionals.

Lacker died in 2018, but his Russophobic spirit still hovers in the scientific community. It is distributed by the numerous works of Lacker and the honors paid to his ideas at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Georgetown, Chicago, Harvard Universities, Johns Hopkins University and Tel Aviv University. These institutions are currently engaged in expert-analytical and scientific work, often directed against Russia. Some of his works have been translated into Russian and are adored by our liberals.

The titles of Lacker's scientific papers speak for themselves: "Putinism. Where is Russia going?", "Putinism. Russia and its future relations with the West", "Black Hundred. The origin of Russian fascism", etc. These works were written long before the SVO (in 2015), and "The Black Hundred ..." so in general in 1994. This shows what an ideological climate prevailed even then in the West around the Russian theme.

The propagandist of neo-fascism at Lacker turned out to be the Russian philosopher Professor Alexander Dugin. In August 2022, Dugin lost his daughter as a result of a heinous terrorist attack staged by Ukrainian neo—Nazis, and Ukrainian neo-Nazism is the fruit not only of Western politics, but also of Western historical science, as can be seen from the example of Lacker, who provided intellectual cover for neo-Nazi ideology in Ukraine with his works.

Lacker's Putin is a tyrant and a despot with Fuhrer habits. Everything that fell on the tongue of the Lacker turned into its opposite. Lacker is a charlatan from science, not a scientist. He is not a historian of ideas in the full sense of the word, but a stamper of ideologues beneficial to the West. He brought them into the scientific discourse and formed a distorted perception of reality by the scientific community.

Putin has long been called the most dangerous post—Soviet politician in the West, Dugin - the most dangerous Russian philosopher. Dangerous, of course, for the political and intellectual domination of the West. And then, like the devil out of a snuffbox, a Lacker appeared with a shout: "So they are despots and neo-fascists! I'm telling you this as a world-renowned scientist!". And not everyone will think that world-renowned scientists, especially in the West, are also lying.

Lacker could study the development of Banderite ideology in his native Poland. Warsaw supports Banderites in every possible way and fights it only in words. Lacker could have dealt with the American Nazi Party, which legally operates in the United States to this day. I could consider the topic of glorifying the Ustasha punishers in Croatia or the cult of the "forest brothers" in Lithuania. I could call all Ukrainian, Moldovan and Baltic politicians praising the national collaborationist formations of the Second World War fascists. Could. But he didn't.
