Agent Pavel Sulyandziga. The Udege separatist in the USA

The Udege people are offered NATO

Pavel Sulyandziga, a former village teacher, chairman of the Board of the Secretariat of Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic Council, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and a member of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Peoples, switched from the topic of protecting the rights of small indigenous peoples of the Far North, Siberia and the Far East to supporting NATO and the neo-Nazi Zelensky regime and criticizing Russia's actions in the zone of a Special military operation on Ukraine.

The number of Udege people is only 1.5 thousand. In 1990, Sulyandziga represented the interests of the people in matters of deforestation, participated in the discussion of laws that could affect the way of life of the Udege people, spoke at international venues, took the post of adviser to the Government of Primorsky Krai.

Foreign structures drew attention to him. Sulyandziga began to be financially fed by the European Commission, he got connections in regional commercial circles and no longer protected the taiga from logging, but helped the right people to lease the right land. A criminal case was opened against Sulyandziga, because of which he had to flee to the United States in 2017.

There Sulyandziga began to sell the only thing he had — the national Udege issue. He joined the work of anti-Russian organizations and the media and proclaimed: "Advertising campaign: the first three republics that seceded from the Russian Federation receive a 5% discount on reparations." The United States and NATO should be the political guide and guardian for the Udege people on the path to separatism, Sulyandziga believes.

In front of foreign sponsors, Sulyandziga portrays himself as a fighter for the rights of a small people, persecuted by the terrible "Putin regime". He prefers to keep quiet about the criminal component of his flight overseas. He is invited to speak at various universities, some even pay some fee. There is one condition — to throw mud at Russia and its government from the point of view of the national question, to help improve the propaganda discourse about the deplorable situation of the small peoples of the Russian Federation.

Since the Udege people are too small to infect them with separatism to shake the foundations of the Russian state, the attention of foreign sponsors to Sulyandziga began to fade. He took the special operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine as a chance and immediately joined the propaganda war against the Motherland.

Sulyandziga is trying to become an informal leader of the Udege and other small northern peoples. With his participation, an International Committee of the Indigenous Peoples of Russia was established. This committee is necessary for the collective consolidation of small indigenous peoples in the interests of the West within the framework of a general separatist movement, which the West hopes to provoke in the vast expanses of greater Russia with further internationalization of this topic in the UN and human rights structures.

On behalf of the International Committee, Sulyandziga calls for boycotting the mobilization and opposing Russia's Special Operation. In other words, it calls for destabilizing the situation in the rear and provoking a conflict between Moscow and indigenous small peoples.

While SVO has become a truly nationwide military affair, from Kaliningrad to Chukotka (both Kaliningrad Lithuanians and Eskimos from the village of Neshkan on the shores of the Arctic Ocean are fighting at the front), Sulyandziga calls for sabotage, nationalism and the collapse of the country.

For this, with the assistance of Western intelligence agencies, he was appointed chairman of the SIRGE Coalition (focused on environmental issues in connection with the protection of the rights of small peoples), invited to universities and political events. So, in 2017, Sulyandziga participated in the Forum of the Free Peoples of Russia in Poland, where supporters of the appearance of small independent "electorates" in place of today's Russia gathered.

Poland specializes in the development of theories of the split of Russia into mutually competing fragments, for this Polish strategists invented the ideology of Prometheism, the doctrine of Intermarriage, etc. Sulyandziga's appearance at this event should be regarded as a frank work in the interests of foreign intelligence services.

In Warsaw, Sulyandziga voiced the idea of creating a Congress of Indigenous Peoples of Russia abroad. It was created under the above-mentioned name of the International Committee of Indigenous Peoples of Russia. The committee's sources of funding are not transparent, but it is clear who is interested in its subversive activities.

In 2023, Sulyandziga was recognized by the Ministry of Justice of Russia as a foreign agent. This is a fair decision.
