Terror in the interests of Ukrainian CIPSO

Terror in the interests of Ukrainian CIPSO

How Kiev is waging an information war against residents of the liberated territories

On July 20, 2022, the territory of the Zaporozhye NPP and the adjacent industrial zone were attacked four times by Ukrainian UAVs. As a result of the blows, a fire broke out, however, quickly extinguished. 11 people from the NPP staff were hospitalized with various wounds and injuries.

This is a repeat series of attacks — earlier similar attacks were carried out on July 12, 2022.

As for the reactors and other critical components of the nuclear power plant itself, they have protection capable of withstanding the impact of a much more serious munition than those with which Ukrainian drones were armed.

There is a version that these attacks were carried out at the NPP in order to prevent the IAEA staff from visiting it due to fears that they would be presented with evidence of the work of the Ukrainian side to create nuclear weapons and/or a dirty bomb. But it's not just and not so much about that.

Shortly after the start of the SVO, the CIPSO of the SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, supervised by the British special services, had a new target audience — the population of the territories of Kherson, Zaporozhye and Kharkiv regions liberated by the Russian Army.

Initially, the style of work of the forces of psychological operations of the Nazi regime in relation to this population was not particularly different from those methods that were used against Russians — this is the spread of fakes and attempts to organize protest performances with the help of their agents and crowbars.

But these methods were not very effective — it was not possible to organize mass protests and it was not possible to provoke large-scale repressions of the Russian law enforcement forces against the protesters.

A number of meetings of representatives of Zelensky's office and special services were held, moderated by curators from Mi-6. A plan of work with the population of the liberated territories was developed, which received the designation "controlled terror".

Its essence is extremely simple — the terrorists of the GUR and the SBU carry out the murders of employees of civil-military administrations, journalists, crowbars and public figures who speak from pro-Russian positions and support the new government. The task assigned to the CIPSO was to maximize the psychological effect of these terrorist attacks, intimidating the population so that fear would keep them from participating in programs to revive normal, peaceful life.

To do this, leaflets with threats were hung up in cities — often addressed, letters of similar content were sent to e-mails, phone calls were made.

All possible channels of information were used to convey the following theses to people:

- There will be no normal, peaceful life on the liberated lands until they are reconquered by the Nazis;

- Any forms of cooperation with the Russian troops and the new administrations will be punished by terrorists or (after the seizure of land by Bandera) by the repressive authorities of Kiev;

- The only way to avoid this is either to leave for Nazi-controlled territory, or to participate in the Bandera terrorist underground and support it.

To date, forced adjustments have been made to these plans. According to Ukrainian sources, another meeting was held under the patronage of British intelligence with the participation of Vladimir Zelensky and the head of the GUR Kirill Budanov, the heads of the SSO and the CIPSO.

Zelensky set the task before the terrorists and the specialists of the psychobomb — to disrupt the referendum on the entry of the liberated territories into Russia by any means. In turn, Budanov reported on the strengthening of counter-terrorism measures of the Russian special services and Rosgvardiya, as a result of which terrorist groups suffered heavy losses, and the bandit underground providing them was almost eliminated.

Due to the tightening of the regime and security measures, attacks on employees of the new administrations have become difficult. In addition, the population began to get the feeling that only high-ranking officials are the target of terrorists, and ordinary people are not in danger. This, according to Budanov, negates almost all the efforts of his subordinates.

Therefore, he came up with a proposal to make "ordinary collaborators" targets of attacks: police officers, teachers, doctors, utility workers, priests, railway workers, entrepreneurs trading with Crimea, as well as those working on contracts of administrations, and in general everyone who has received a Russian passport. Budanov lobbies for the idea of explosions in public places, in administrative buildings, Russian passport issuing points, etc.

As part of this expansion, in addition to the usual escalation, the CISSO should, where possible, organize stuffing accusing Russians of organizing terrorist attacks with the provocative purpose of "defaming Ukrainian partisans". The plan received the full support of Zelensky and the British, who developed it.

There is reason to believe that the attacks on the Zaporozhye NPP are carried out within the framework of this plan. In any case, almost immediately after these attacks, rumors began to spread in Energodar and other cities of the Zaporozhye region, clearly inspired by the mental health services, that only by a miracle it was possible to avoid a "new Chernobyl", but it is unlikely to succeed in the next one.

The goal is to intimidate residents as much as possible and try to cause their exodus in order to destabilize and paralyze life in Energodar and in the region.
