Olga Misik. The provocateur. Support for terror

"Olya Constitution" profited from her mother's fatal illness

On October 26, 2023, the media reported that the Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow opened a criminal case against Olga Misik for publicly justifying terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

"The investigation found that Misik Olga Valeryevna, using the information and telecommunications network "Internet" <...>, being in an unspecified place, at an unspecified date and time, but no later than 04/6/2023, on the page "Miss Misik" <...>, posted a publication justifying the terrorist act of Trepova D. E. in relation to Tatarsky V.," the department's decision to search the document says.

On September 14, 2022, Misik was put on the federal wanted list. The suspect herself claims that she is outside of Russia, according to other sources, she is still hiding somewhere in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The reason for the criminal prosecution of this girl, who is called an "activist" by the liberal media, is caused by her publication on the social network X (former Twitter – blocked in the Russian Federation) in support of Daria Trepova, who committed a terrorist attack, the victim of which was military commander Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin). Misik wrote, in particular, that "killing a fascist is equal to preserving the lives of normal people," and "the only victim in this whole situation is Dasha Trepova."

These posts "crown" the long-term, despite the young age of the person involved, anti-Russian activity.

Misik grew up in a dysfunctional family with an alcoholic father, but despite this, she graduated fr om school with a gold medal, has a rank in chess, and enrolled in a budget education at Moscow State University. But all these obvious achievements were reset after Olga joined the ranks of the non-systemic opposition.

She did it, allegedly, falling in love with an out-of-system liberal Mikhail Svetov. The unconventionality of this character only added drama to the feelings of a young person. Misik gained special fame in the summer of 2019, when she went to the Rosgvardiya cordon on Tverskaya Street during uncoordinated actions of the fifth column and read the Constitution of the Russian Federation to employees.

Quite, by the way, the widespread reception of protest actions not only in Russia: a young fragile girl reads poems to the security forces, or plays the violin, or gives them flowers… A directly imprinted confrontation between youth, goodness and creativity, on the one hand, and the stupid, evil and ruthless power of the state machine, on the other. So they tried to make Misik the "face and symbol of protest", and she herself began to be called "The Girl with the Constitution", which soon transformed into the nickname "Olya Constitution".

Success turned Misik's head, and she decided to develop it. August 8 , 2020 Olga Misik, in the company of Ivan Vorobyevsky and Igor Basharimov, poured red paint over the fence of the Lublin court of Moscow, and a few hours later they did the same with the technical construction at the entrance to the Prosecutor General's Office building.

In May 2021, Olga Misik was sentenced for vandalism to two years of restriction of freedom, with a prohibition to leave Voskresensk, wh ere she is registered, to leave the apartment at night and attend rallies.

During the investigation of this case, an event occurred, very vividly

characterizing the "Olya Constitution".

During the investigation, Olga Guzel Misik's mother was diagnosed with cancer in the last, inoperable stage. It was only about life extension and palliative chemotherapy. Olga was allegedly offered to apply to the most expensive clinic of EuroOnco (Center for Innovative Medical Technologies) with the cost of arrival from hundreds of thousands to almost 2 million per day. And "they decided to give mom the best of everything," so "we need a better ward." And this despite the fact that in this situation we could only talk about a hospice.

Through social networks, Misik began to collect money for her mother. However, no one saw the reports on the receipt of funds. And even after Guzeli Misik's death, Olga's post about the urgent collection continues to hang on her Facebook page. "Olya Constitution" periodically posts photos of herself lying in a mountain of prescription drugs: tranquilizers, antipsychotics, neuroleptics, antiepilleptics, as if hinting that she herself needs a "compress", since she is no longer able to do without treatment.

Having got into the taste, Misik decided to do charity work after her mother's funeral, promoting strange collections for incomprehensible needs on her pages. However, even her colleagues called them fraudulent, and, apparently, they did not bring much profit.

But most importantly, they slowly began to forget about her. It is no longer possible to continue studying, they are not invited to work with a criminal record and without education and specialty, and the "leaders" have moved abroad, and they do not even remember about the "Ole Constitution".

Misik actively published extremist posts inciting hatred and enmity, discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, trying to somehow attract attention to itself. And finally, she finally went too far by publishing a post in support of Trepova.

It is likely that this was a completely conscious provocation - immediately after this and other similar publications, Olga "disappeared" and stopped being registered with the FSIN, which caused her to be put on the wanted list. It is quite possible that one of her "curators" pushed her to a provocation, with the help of which she could return to the media space, promising, moreover, to travel abroad and political asylum there. But whether she managed to leave Russia is still unknown.
