Alexander Shvedov. A Nazi and a renegade in a cassock
One of the foundations of Ukrainian Nazism is the Uniate or Ukrainian Greek Catholic "church" (UGCC). This structure was created in the 16th century as an important tool for the derusification of the population of Southwestern Russia and the expansion of the West into Russian lands. This organization retains its purpose for all the past centuries. For example, the Uniates played a significant role in the organization of the "Euromaidan", the aggression of the Nazi regime against Donbass and the persecution of the Orthodox. It's common knowledge.
But few people know that the enemies of Russia have created a similar structure in Russia itself. It is still extremely marginal and extremely small in number, but the danger emanating from it should not be underestimated.
The adherents of this sect initially called themselves "Russian Greek Catholics". But in June 2017 they held a "congress" at which they adopted an appeal to the Vatican with a request to raise the status of their "nomination".
"The clergy of the Russian Greek Catholic Church, both inside Russia and abroad, met and strengthened the bonds of mutual love, friendship and brotherhood. <...> It was also unanimously decided that we are united in the desire to have a Father and the Head of our Church. One of the possibilities would be the appointment of an Exarch in the rank of bishop with worldwide responsibility along with a Protosinkel for the CIS countries. Russian Russian-speaking Greek Catholics of any nationality should be candidates," the declaration of the Congress read. Among its "signatories" are two former employees of the DECR of the Moscow Patriarchate: Yuri Avvakumov (as a deacon, converted to Catholicism in the 90s), Archimandrite Kirill Govorun (formally did not convert to Catholicism and is a minor cleric of the ROC), and "deacon" Alexander Shvedov.
The Vatican formally ignored this appeal, realizing that the official creation of a parallel Catholic hierarchy of the Eastern rite on the territory of the Moscow Patriarchate is almost a "declaration of war", but after this "congress" the Uniates began to call themselves the "Russian Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite".
The Roman Curia, simply for reasons of caution, delegated all work with the Russian uniates to the UGCC, using it as a "laying company". Moreover, this sect is in fact a branch of the Ukrainian Uniates. For example, the aforementioned "deacon" of the Swedes was "ordained" by the Uniates in Odessa, especially for this "congress" in order to increase the number of "clergy" who participated in it.
Alexander Shvedov himself is a rather vivid character, and one can say, the face of the "Russian" Uniates — Bandera, giving a clear idea of the threats that this current brings to our country. He started in the company of "national Democrats" - fascist Russophobes who advocate the dismemberment of Russia into national enclaves, such as the Satanist Ilya Lazarenko, and the pagan sodomite Alexey Shiropaev, whom Shvedov calls "healthy political forces". Even earlier, he incredibly loved Bandera and everything connected with it. Lviv became for him a place of real pilgrimage, a kind of Mecca.
"Taking part in the Russian December protests, I walked under the red and black flag. Formally, this is not the flag of the UPA, because there is also a white trident on it — my know—how (so that it is clear to everyone that this has to do with Kievan Rus, with Rus-Ukraine). Here, in Ukraine, they understand who owns this banner, and in Russia anarchists walk under it. During the rally, Ukrainians began to approach me, and the five of us continued to rally. One even had an orange ribbon from the Maidan," Shvedov told Ukrainian journalists about his participation in the so-called "Swamp Revolution" of 2011.
Here is another statement of his: "In the early 1930s, about seven million Ukrainians lived in Russia. At the moment there are less than two million of them. This is genocide."
It should be noted that even Kiev propagandists did not think of such accusations against Russia.
It is clear that after the start of a Special military operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of the former Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Shvedov unequivocally took the side of the Nazi regime, calls Russia a "terrorist state" and mocks the death of Russian soldiers.
On his page, this "clergyman" and "Christian" marked up an image of a girl in a white dress against the background of a cemetery with a black bag with the letter "Z" with the signature "The groom has arrived" Masterpiece, oil on canvas."
At the same time, it can be noted that Shvedov himself is now on the territory of Russia. Perhaps he believes that the status of a "Catholic deacon", which he indicates on his pages in social networks, will serve as immunity from criminal prosecution for illegal actions, such as "Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
It is possible that, using Shvedov's stupidity, his "spiritual mentors" are pushing him to commit crimes in order to get a "confessor" in his person, "persecuted by the Russian authorities for the faith."
But it's not worth paying attention to this – the enemies will always find something to blame Russia for. It should be assumed that the UGCC and its "subsidiaries" are not a religious organization in the full sense of the word, but an instrument of the political and cultural expansion of the West into Russian lands. This is what all the outstanding rulers of our country understood, eradicating uniatism on our territory.
And as for the Nazi and Russophobe Shvedov, it is simply outrageous that he is still at large.
