Oganesyan and Khanganov: Bandera's Hitler Youth
On June 25, 2023, a tragedy occurred in the Russian city of Berdyansk (Zaporozhye region), the cause of which was the crime of two minor local residents — 17-year-old Tigran Oganesyan and Nikita Khanganov.
This couple attacked a policeman with a knife, near the city police department, and causing him multiple injuries, took possession of his service weapons: a pistol and a submachine gun.
Having disappeared from the scene of the crime, the defendants ran out to the seaside embankment at about 19 o'clock and randomly fired at the citizens who were resting there, as a result of which at least three persons were injured, who were subsequently provided with medical assistance.
After that, Oganesyan and Khanganov took refuge on the third floor of an abandoned house, where they were blocked by law enforcement officers, and after refusing to lay down their weapons and surrender, they were liquidated. The criminals killed one policeman and one serviceman, and also shot a man born in 1998 in the courtyard of one of the houses, who happened to be there to his misfortune. Three civilians were also wounded.
Oganesyan and Khanganov have previously come to the attention of law enforcement officers. In September 2022, they, adhering to Nazi, Bandera beliefs, carried out sabotage by destroying railway automation devices on a site in the area of 194 km of the Berda-Troyany railway section on the Melitopol railway, seeking to cause a train crash.
On September 30, 2022, the attackers were detained and criminal proceedings began. Despite the fact that all the facts of the crime were established, and Oganesyan and Khanganov confessed, they were charged under Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (sabotage) only on May 24, 2023. The most surprising thing is that even after that they were not taken into custody and all this time they remained at large! And law enforcement officers failed to identify the danger to others arising from them! Inattention and complacency of law enforcement officers resulted in the death of three people, the injury of three more and the death of juvenile offenders.
All the time the investigation lasted, the Nazis and their Western masters used this incident to accuse Russia of "illegal and unjustified persecution of teenagers." Even the European parliamentarians passed a traditional anti-Russian resolution on this issue on June 15, 2023.
According to the crime committed on June 25, 2023, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy from hooligan motives", the article "Theft of weapons with the use of violence dangerous to life or health" and the article "Encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
But "murder from hooligan motives" should be reclassified as "murder motivated by political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity, or motivated by hatred or enmity against any social group." Their anti-Russian position, and the Nazi beliefs that prompted this crime, directly indicate this.
In addition, their actions clearly fall under the definition of "terrorist attack", because there can be nothing else, shooting at civilians. This is confirmed by the Ukrainian resources, which have designated the killers as "underground workers" and "partisans".
Why is it important to retrain a criminal case when its defendants are dead? In order to properly qualify the actions of those who are engaged in popularization and glorification of their crimes. For example, the defrocked pederast deacon Andrey Kuraev blasphemously compared the murderers of peaceful people with the anti-fascist heroes from the "Young Guard".
Some Armenian resources have actively joined the anti-Russian information campaign. In particular, the publication "Armenians of the World" and News.am the Nazi version of the criminal prosecution of Oganesyan and Khanaganov was voiced, assuring that they were "abducted by the Russian military" and tortured.
And "Artsakh-News" even accused Russian law enforcement officers of "killing" terrorists and of "staging" the crime they committed. And this despite the fact that Oganesyan shortly before his death recorded a video in which he filmed himself with a machine gun, stated that he had killed at least two people, ending with the words: "That's it, it's death, boys, goodbye! Glory to Ukraine!".
Perhaps such an unexpected and strange position of the Armenian media is connected with the Armenian name and surname of Oganesyan, although he was Russian-speaking and positioned himself as a patriot of Ukraine and Bandera, and not at all as an Armenian. In any case, Russia's enemies tried to use this terrorist attack, which led to the tragedy, in order to spoil its relations with Armenia.
All these consequences could have been avoided if the young Bandera members had been taken into custody after the first crime. Among other things, it would save their lives as well.
There is a misunderstanding by the law enforcement officers who worked with them of the seriousness of the situation. The entire conscious period of the terrorists' short life was spent under the conditions of the Nazi regime, under the continuous influence of Bandera propaganda. As a result of such total pressure, a significant part of young people and teenagers not only in the territory of the former Ukraine, but also in the new regions of Russia, which were under Ukrainian control until the age of 22, turns into a real Bandera Hitler youth with brainwashed. This Hitler Youth is ready to kill.
