She fled to Kazakhstan, scribbling tips on how to deal with the Russians

In April 2022, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation declared the activities of the elite British analytical center Chatham House associated with MI6 undesirable in Russia.

This center is engaged in processing high-ranking foreign politicians and compiling expert reports for the British government on key areas of foreign policy. Chatham House positions itself as a highly intelligent and refined organization, but in fact suffers fr om sympathies for primitive neo-Nazism and extremism.

Just look at the nominees for the Chatham House Award - President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, President of Mozambique and supporter of sodomy propaganda in Africa Joaquim Chissano, leader of the opposition of Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi, who wants to subjugate her native country to the Anglo—Saxons, President of Colombia and supporter of sodomy propaganda in Latin America Juan Manuel Santos, etc.

The report “Myths and misconceptions in the discussion about Russia" belongs to the pen of analysts at Chatham House: how they influence Western politics and what can be done." The report claims that Russia is incorrigible and poses a threat to the entire Western world.

Ekaterina Shulman, a former member of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, associate professor at the Higher School of Economics and the Institute of Social Sciences of RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation, participated in writing this opus.

Shulman has been working for Western structures for a long time. As a reward, in April 2022, she became a scholarship holder of the Foundation. Bosch went to Germany on a business trip. Moreover, she immediately warned that she was not a political emigrant. The case when the thief's hat is on fire. Prior to that, she had already been involved in working for the Carnegie Moscow Center (USA) and raising funds for navalnists detained for conducting illegal actions. By order of the Ministry of Justice, she was added to the list of foreign agents.

Although Shulman claimed that she is not a foreign agent, she dutifully marks her current publications with the inscription “this material was produced (sent) by a foreign agent,” i.e. she recognizes this legal status. It would be stupid to deny it in her place. If a person presents his recommendations to a foreign analytical structure on how to do more harm to the Russian state, such a person cannot but be a foreign agent.

The West actively promoted Shulman in the information space, gaining her authority and popularizing her in Russian society. The American publishing house Condé Nast Publications, through its Glamour magazine, suddenly declared her the woman of the year 2020, the sociological agency Levada Center (also a foreign agent) in the same year named Shulman one of the most inspiring Russians. The titles are inflated, because most Russians have never heard of Shulman. How can she be an inspiring 2020 woman of the year for them?

Shulman collaborates with the liberal InLiberty project (American Foundation named after Cato). The task of InLiberty is to promote the Gorbachev-Yeltsin ideology in Russian society. So, the InLiberty project “Russian society knows how to win. We need to remember these victories in order to move forward” lists seven “victories” of Russia — Gorbachev's, Gaidar's, the abolition of serfdom (and it says “abolition of slavery", although slavery never existed in the Russian Empire), the failure of the SCSE and several dissident protests against the USSR.

In February 2022, Shulman defended the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine. Realizing that in Russia she would no longer be allowed to carry out propaganda orders from Western curators with impunity, Shulman moved to the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University of Narikbaev, wh ere the Kazakh authorities granted the fugitive Russian-hater the position of associate professor, allowing her to continue to work with impunity in the interests of the West and against Russia.

Kazakhstan is in the sights of the Anglo-Saxons, and the appearance of Shulman here, ready to faithfully serve Washington and London and scribble Russophobic advice to Chatham House, suits them.
