March 15, 2022 The Investigative Committee in Moscow has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) against the artist of the spoken genre Artemy Ostanin.

A stand-up comedian made negative and offensive comments about a participant in a Special Operation during a performance in Moscow in a humorous show, where only 1 minute was allotted for a reprise. This speech was published on the Internet, where it was noticed by concerned citizens.

"One thought has been bothering me for a week. It was the first time I was run over in the subway. It's not easy for me to use these words like that, because a fucking stump truck crept up on me, they step on my foot fr om behind, I say, "Can I be careful?!", I turn around, and there's no one behind me. That's it, I think p...c, the crazy one is covered. I look down, and there's this skater sitting without legs. I felt so embarrassed, and he was also looking at me as if I'd parked in a handicapped spot. What should I do about it?  I couldn't find anything better than to bend over to him and say, "Well, don't drive so hard!" And at that moment, a grandmother materialized behind me, who began to yell that I was rude, you know. Am I fucking rude? I was literally hit on the subway, you know. I'm looking at this, well, it's just a dude who got blown up by a landmine, decided to give a corner in the subway, and I'm rude at the same time," this is a "humorous" speech literally.

Realizing what was going on, the comedian got scared, and began to claim that he was not the first to joke about the disabled, they say, "it was back at the Comedy Club," that there was not a word about his speech. However, this is precisely what indicates that the person being mocked by Ostanin lost his legs after being blown up by a landmine. Actually, the very fact of malicious ridicule of a disabled person, regardless of the circumstances under which he was injured, is not only immoral, but also criminal. And such a prankster would be prosecuted in most other countries.

By the way, there are direct indications of his death in Ostanin's "anamnesis."

At every station wh ere there is a half-hour transfer, people should run up to the men from such a compartment with a contract in their hands and the question: "Well, are you signing?" The guy should immediately answer: "Yes, I want to kill," here is another reprise of the stand-up artist.

What is known about this artist, if I may say so?

Artemy Ostanin was born in 1996 in Yeysk, Krasnodar Territory. In 2019, he graduated from the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU, former DVGU). People who know him talk about his predilection for sodomy. However, this is hinted at not only by his characteristic intonations, but also by his appearance: pink beard, multi-colored manicure.

It is also known about the "creative search" of the master of the oral genre. Upon arrival in Moscow, he tried to work in the "modeling business" (read: homo-escort).

The Investigative Committee reported that its employees are conducting investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of the crime, so it is possible that new elements of crime will be added to his "joke" about a disabled person. In addition, it is obvious that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are being discredited, as well as inciting religious hatred and insulting the feelings of believers.

Ostanin has a special hatred for Christianity, and a significant part of his speeches is devoted to blasphemy and idiotic mockery of Orthodoxy.

In almost every performance, the comedian generously uses obscene language, which is also an offense under the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation Article 20.1. "Minor hooliganism."

On March 18, 2025, Ostanin was detained on the border with Belarus while attempting to leave Russia.

Everything is clear with Ostanin, but the most serious questions arise for those who provided him with a platform for such performances, because his "corporate identity" is well known. Are they not his accomplices in this context? The investigating authorities must answer this question as well.

Judging by how vigorously the Investigative Committee has taken up the investigation of the crimes committed by the stand-up artist, nothing good awaits him. According to experts, the punishment for him may be imprisonment for up to 6 years. If so, then the little-known stand-up comedian Artemy Ostanin will finally get his "moment of glory", which he passionately dreamed of.
