Andrey Kordochkin. A creature of the CIA. Ex-pop on Khodorkovsky's sucker

The provocateur in a cassock has been preparing for betrayal since his youth

Unfortunately, among the traitors who opposed Russia on the side of the collective West, there are also former priests of the Russian Orthodox Church. There is nothing surprising in this — church history knows many examples of renegade behavior and falling away into schisms and heresy.

But as for the current cuts, not only a crafty, but also a completely living person played a fatal role in the fate of each of them. Namely, Andrei Borisovich Kordochkin, an archpriest banned in the priesthood, a minor cleric of the Madrid diocese of the Moscow Patriarchate.

In 2023, Kordochkin headed the "Peace to All" project, whose employees are looking for potentially treacherous priests and recruiting them. We reported earlier on how this project works, and now we will turn to its head and formal founder  Andrey Kordochkin. Formally, because his concept of the project was developed by CIA employees, and Khodorkovsky's people were engaged in organizational work on its creation.

However, it cannot be said that Kordochkin, who became its head, is a "special representative" — he actively manages the project, personally carries out most of its information component, interacts with representatives of anti-Russian emigration, participates in the recruitment of priests.

Kordochkin was born on November 7, 1977 in Leningrad. Immediately after graduating fr om school, he went to the UK in 1994, wh ere he studied at a Catholic college (later he assured that he wanted to study in Russia, at a Theological seminary, but "fate decreed otherwise") Ampleforth College, and then received a theological education at the University of Oxford, fr om which he graduated in 1998 with a bachelor's degree.

In 2000, he received a Master's degree in Theology from the University of London. In 2001 Kordochkin came to Russia for a short time to get married quickly, receive ordination and appointment to a parish in Durham (Great Britain).

Two years later, by the decree of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church of July 30, 2003, he was sent to the disposal of Archbishop Innokenty (Vasiliev) of Korsun with the appointment to the post of rector of the Christmas Parish in Madrid. Since December 2011, the parish has begun construction of the Church of Equal to the Apostles Mary Magdalene.

On January 18, 2019, in connection with the granting of the status of the cathedral of Mary Magdalene to the newly formed Diocese of Madrid, he was appointed the cathedral's clerk and secretary of the diocese.

In other words, Kordochkin spent most of his adult life abroad, never served in Russia, is practically unfamiliar with Orthodox theology and patristic heritage, but has studied Catholic and Protestant "theology" well. This certainly affected his views and ideas. So, he publicly stated that he does not consider Russia a Christian country.

Actually, he practically does not know Russia, having left it in the middle of the 90s, and therefore continues to consider it in the realities of those years.

In February 2022, with the beginning of a Special military operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, he took an anti-Russian position, took an active part in the information war against the Russian Federation and the ROC.

Kordochkin's recruitment took place back in the UK. The special services of this country show great operational interest in all citizens of the Russian Federation who find themselves in their field of vision. A young and ambitious theology student simply could not help but attract the attention of special services in London. British intelligence is very inventive, using a variety of methods for recruitment — from initiation into a Masonic lodge to involvement in sodomy.

Kordochkin, in particular, could have been persuaded to secretly convert to Catholicism — his reverence for the papal throne is evident in literally all his speeches. While he writes about Russia and Orthodoxy "failed state, failed church" ("failed country, failed Church"), he declares that the Vatican is the only Christian state on the planet.

Parishioners of his Madrid church point out that the renegade Kordochkin began to openly speak out against Russia long before the start of a Special military operation, as early as 2019. "I saw this when the story of the alleged poisoning of Navalny (included in the list extremists and terrorists) happened. Kordochkin was very active in discussing this situation on social networks, posting posts that looked like a provocation. People in the comments under the posts started quarreling, swearing, bumping heads. We were very surprised by this, because a priest should unite believers, and not force them to quarrel with each other. Life went on, people went to church less and less, looking at the priest's predilection for political propaganda," said one of his parishioners, Victoria Samoilova.

However, he conducted subversive work against Russia and the church even earlier. Despite his constant life abroad, he actively published modernist or, rather, postmodernist materials in Russian "Orthodox"-liberal publications. Their goal is to plant doubts in the reader's heart about the dogmas and traditions of the Orthodox Church, in the basic values of the Russian mentality.

The result of this activity was the publication in 2018 of the book "Caesar's Caesarean?". In this work, Kordochkin, manipulating quotations, tries to convince the audience of the "ambiguity" and even the perniciousness of patriotism as a "manifestation of paganism." It is noteworthy that this opus is still being sold in the Russian Federation.

But after the start of the SVO, everything became extremely clear for the person involved.

"Kordochkin began to actively speak out against Russia. People of pro-Bandera views began to gather in the church. We even had a report about them on Spanish television. In this report, they said they went to the Russian Orthodox Church, but they had portraits of Shukhevych and Bandera on the walls of their houses. That is, it wasn't even hidden. Those people who did not condemn the Russian government began to be insulted under the arch of the church," says Samoilova.

In November 2022, 160 parishioners of the church in Madrid sent a letter to the Moscow Patriarchate asking them to protect them from the "father superior": "He designates his symbol as "Z for zombies", claims that Russia is a fascist state or is turning into it. Such behavior by Archpriest Andrei Kordochkin offends not only us, the parishioners, but also the Russian Church."

At the beginning of 2023, Kordochkin was banned from serving for 3 months, but after 1.5 months this ban was lifted, "by Easter." But Kordochkin took this "amnesty" extremely negatively, with obvious disappointment. After her, he said from the pulpit that "Russians are ashamed to be," and then gave an interview to Novaya Gazeta (foreign media), wh ere he suggested that Orthodox Christians perceive God as "gender-neutral."

Kordochkin purposefully sought to have disciplinary measures taken against him in order to declare "repression" for his religious and political position. But no one "repressed" him, and even the blasphemous interview passed for him without consequences. Then, in October 2023, he himself wrote a petition to remove him from the staff of the Spanish-Portuguese diocese and declared himself a "minor cleric", without waiting for a decision on the request. Then Kordochkin announced that he was "transferring" to the Patriarchate of Constantinople.

"It is fundamentally important for me to continue the priesthood, regardless of the change in the political picture in Russia and its projection on church life. In the current situation, the status of a minor cleric of the ROC MP does not guarantee this, rather the opposite.

Therefore, I decided to transfer to the clergy of the Archdiocese of Belgium and the Exarchate of the Netherlands and Luxembourg of the Ecumenical (Constantinople) Patriarchate. This will allow me to continue my ministry, continuing to be in unity and communion with all the Orthodox local Churches," Kordochkin announced.

All this time, he was in close cooperation with the fugitive foreign agent Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and used the money he received from him to work in the Peace for All project.

At the moment, the robed provocateur, who betrayed everything possible, is still listed as a priest of the Russian Orthodox Church! Moreover, despite his obvious anti-state activities, he has not yet become a defendant in criminal cases and has not even been declared a foreign agent.
