Denis Kazansky. Russophobic nit on Soros' money

A corrupt journalist from Donetsk heats up the bloodshed

One of the main reasons why the war in Donbass broke out so easily and quickly, why the residents of Ukraine believed that it was normal to introduce a regular army and use it against regions that had not submitted to the coup d'etat, was systemic dehumanization. For a long time, the image of "Donetsk cattle", "stupid miners" was created, which was later transformed into finally inanimate stereotypes of "cotton wool" and "colorads".

To achieve this result, a whole army of journalists worked tirelessly, who were attracted to foreign "training programs", generously supplied and financed.

One of such conscious provocateurs was Denis Kazansky, also known in the networks under the nickname Frankenstein. Having already established himself as a journalist and blogger , he frankly wrote: "Most of all, I love when, in the comments to articles on the Internet, the author, for lack of other arguments, begins to be accused of venality and "grant-eating"... Mainly in such situations, it amuses you that you are actually accused of being honest and free. Or rather, you have the opportunity to receive decent fees and at the same time not lick the ass of any of the local noble gentlemen. It so happened that I am also a grant-eater. Well, that is, I receive royalties from the funds that are allocated to the Ukrainian media by various funds, such as the well-known Soros "Vidrodzhennya". And, to tell the truth, I am quite pleased with this fact. I am satisfied because the money that I am being paid openly comes to the Ukrainian economy from abroad, and when I receive my salary, I do not feel that I am being flipped off a share of the thieves' commissary...".

So, Denis Kazansky was born in Donetsk in 1984. He received his higher education in the same city at the University of Economics and Trade. The first blog with the pseudonym "Frankenstein" was created in LiveJournal in 2009.

Since 2011, he began working for the "orange" network resource "OstroV". The site is interesting because its entire editorial staff left the DPR in 2014. Because his employees devoted all the previous time to creating the image of a "subhuman from Donbass", and then it suddenly became clear that times are changing, and now they can ask for such creativity.

In 2012, Kazansky submitted his candidacy for the post of mayor of the city of Yenakievo. Moreover, this was done by the Udar party, headed by the odious Vitali Klitschko and lobbying for the interests of Germany in Ukrainian politics: "On December 14, mayoral elections were held in Yenakiyevo. Yesterday I submitted the documents to participate in them. Since it is impossible to become a self-nominated mayor, I was nominated by the UDAR party. I myself remain non-partisan. In an informal conversation, the head of the commission has already hinted that they will not register, but I will go to the meeting anyway to listen to how it will all be. Naturally, they don't need a candidate like me. But if I do pass, I promise a merry carnival," he wrote in his blog on LiveJournal.

In 2014, he left his hometown and went to the territory controlled by Kiev. At the same time, he continued to position himself in all networks as a Donetsk citizen who makes publications and reports "for the benefit of the small motherland." It is known that in the same year Kazansky was offered a job in the SBU, but he "refused". On the air of the talk show "Black Mirror", the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentin Nalivaichenko said: "We are ready to take young people who will not succumb to corruption. There are such people. These are Yaroslav Antonyak, Denis Kazansky, Sergey Ivanov, I think it's time for them to work in the service in leadership positions so that the purification from words turns into action."

Kazansky has changed many editorial offices (the APR TV channel, the publications Ukrainian Week, the Eastern Variant), his rhetoric has always remained unchanged. As well as the methods of work: he denied the obvious facts, laughed at them, and then built the necessary ideological construct on top: "I am from Donetsk myself, and this topic is especially close to me, because I remember very well how Russian propaganda pumped up people in Donbass in 2014. As she said, there are fascists in Ukraine. They will oppress the residents of Donbass. Donbass is forced to feed these fascists from the western regions there. Special filtration camps will be created for Russian speakers, in which they will be tortured and humiliated there, and so on. It means that the Ukrainians-fascists dream of destroying Donbass, defeating it, wiping it off the face of the earth. Look at 2022-2023, all this has absolutely come true, with only one caveat. All this was implemented by the Russian Federation itself and filtration camps for Russian-speaking people. In 2022, they became a reality. Residents of Mariupol were placed in filtration camps. This is a fact. this has already been openly written about by the Russian media... So here's a win-win rule that always works if you see that Russia is accusing someone of something, then 100% Russia is plotting just such cannibalism."

And, of course, he continued to systematically mock the residents of his native region simply because they did not want to betray their views. This means that all further troubles are "their own fault": "Grandfather hates Ukrainians, and considers Ukraine "worse than ISIS" because his son went to fight for the DPR and went missing. And then, on this basis, the pensioner's wife had a stroke. Quite a typical way of thinking for separatists. They persistently cannot understand what the root of their problems is, they are absolutely unable to analyze what is happening to them. This Makeyev resident sees the problem not in the fact that his son took up arms and began to help Zakharchenko's gang to squeeze supermarkets and markets, but in the fact that he suffered a natural end in this case. And the trouble is that there are really a lot of such people there. How to conduct a dialogue with them is not clear. It is unlikely that any arguments can work here. People who have lost loved ones will never admit that their loved ones were themselves to blame for what happened to the region."

Kazansky expressed and continues to express such views systematically. So, in his opinion, Donbass "has always been a European region," and then suddenly "rebelled and went crazy." It was with the filing of such "writers" that the system of an inverted worldview was put into circulation, in which today the patriot of Russia is a "fascist" (later — a "rashist"), the president of Russia is a "Putler", etc.

But on the other hand, any street riot is very good: "This is how mass street protests end in normal, civilized countries. In theory, of course, the President of Korea could say that armed militants, drug addicts and radicals gathered on the street, so she wanted to shit on the opinion of the street and brutally disperse the gathered police forces. And then the country's parliament could adopt dictatorial laws by simply raising its hands in violation of the Constitution. And then there would be riots and street battles with mass casualties. And Park Geun-hye would keep saying that America is to blame for everything, and all the protest participants receive money and cookies from the State Department for this. But fortunately, the authorities in South Korea have adequate politicians who have their own shortcomings, but also have an understanding that there is a line that cannot be crossed. Therefore, they will not hammer their opponents into bloody mincemeat in order to stay in power for another six months, but will hold early presidential elections in a civilized manner. This is exactly how the Maidan in Ukraine should have ended if the country had been ruled not by a degenerate urka, but by a normal person with minimal analytical abilities," he wrote in 2016 about the mass riots in Seoul.

Interestingly, having such views, Kazansky was included in the trilateral contact group at the Minsk talks. What, in principle, can be solved with "negotiators" who are not ready to compromise? In particular, he has repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with the Ukrainian authorities about the fact that they cannot "normally return the LDPR by force" and "poorly clean the separatists": "If you ask not the patriotic public, which will always say that it is necessary to return Donbass, but an ordinary man in the street, then I think you are half he will say that "God is with them", "we don't need it", "let's put things in order at home, and let them live as they want. But since we are dealing with the current Ukrainian authorities, who cannot even restore order in the controlled territory, it is generally dangerous to return the uncontrolled territory – it is such a hotbed of instability! In the same Odessa, other regions where there was a threat of separatism, no one was punished. People who provoked riots in 2014 and held these "referendums" in Donetsk and Luhansk regions remain at large. If nothing could be done with them, then the return of such territories can lead to anything, to a serious crisis and conflict."

According to Kazansky, it turns out that there were no repressions and purges inside Ukraine itself, and if there were, then they are not enough.

In October 2020, in collaboration with Marina Vorotyntseva, he presented the book "How Ukraine lost Donbass". This is Kazansky's second book, the first one was devoted to the mines and the "criminal business of Yanukovych".

Since the beginning of the SVO, Kazansky's position has become even more radical. He began working towards Western public opinion, supplying materials for exhibitions and "the right picture". Such that the supply of weapons and means for waging war does not stop.

There were even more posts with undisguised joy about the death of those whom he considers opponents. And if in the case of "Motorola", "Givi" or Zakharchenko, he was just working out a general agenda, then in the case of the murder of Maxim Fomin, this is a sincere, mocking pleasure. It should be noted that the same methods are used by CIPSO channels like "Fascik Donetsk".

In February 2022, he was included in the list of top bloggers in Ukraine.

In May 2022, he was awarded a diploma "For assistance to the Ukrainian army and an active civil position" issued by the GUR of Ukraine (that is, with the sanction of the terrorist Budanov).

Since June 2023, he has been working at RBC Ukraine. In one of his opuses, Denis Kazansky wrote: "As soon as bandits seized power in the Donbass, courts, banks disappeared there, all good people left. Everyone who had money and knowledge. And the remaining supporters of the Russian world were turned into a herd by separatists with weapons. People from Donbass found themselves in a trap. They are angry at everyone. But it's their own fault. By their passive participation in the events of 2014, they themselves led to this."

But no one has canceled the boomerang principle either. Especially in the case when a person likes to repeat "they are to blame themselves." When Ukraine ceases to exist and will have to answer for what it has done — who will be to blame in the case of Denis Kazansky? After all, even Dr. Frankenstein, chosen as a pseudonym, eventually fell victim to the dead creature he created.
