Russia's opponents tried to use the partial mobilization announced on September 21, 2022 to organize mass riots and, if they were lucky, an insurrection or revolution.

There is an opinion that the mass flight of the potential protest electorate from the country prevented the implementation of these plans. However, not everyone ran away. Some of those who are not in danger of mobilization, not only remained, but also intensified subversive work against our country. One of them is Marina Litvinovich, a political strategist, and from a certain moment — a professional oppositionist and Russophobe.

Since February 24, 2022, she has been actively opposing Russia's special military operation, and since September 21, against partial mobilization. But the real "gift" for Litvinovich was the terrorist attack committed on October 15 by two Tajik citizens, 23-year-old Rakhmonov Mehrob and 24-year-old Ehson Amizonda, who shot soldiers at a training ground in the Belgorod region. The terrorists, according to information from various sources, were radical Islamists and initially planned to stage a terrorist attack in a military unit.

However, Litvinovich defended the terrorists, declaring that "they are already rushing to call the shooting at the training ground in the Belgorod region a terrorist attack, but this is not so. Judging by the incoming information, the Tajiks decided to take such a step not because they "went off the rails", as some channels write, but because they simply defended their faith and their right to perform prayer. At the same time, they were not any "religious fanatics", just the moronism and soldiery of the military leadership of the training ground + a complete lack of tolerance, tolerance for others among the mass of the mobilized gave its result. Protecting one's faith, the possibility to perform prayer is sacred".

That is, as Litvinovich assures, the murderers are not to blame for what happened: "Intolerance, intolerance, aggression, hatred, brought up by official TV channels, propagandists and the authorities in citizens, leads to such sad results".

A little later, Litvinovich told the "details" of what had happened. According to her, a certain Lieutenant Colonel Lapin, explaining to the mobilized Muslims the need to participate in the operation, inflicted a severe religious insult on them. For that, during the fire training classes, the offended Muslims shot Lapin, and at the same time all their fellow "kafirs", having previously called on their coreligionists to step aside.

However, there is no Lieutenant Colonel Lapin among the dead and wounded (perhaps the authors of this version, without thinking twice, took the name of the general, which has been heard recently). But there is at least one Muslim among those killed. Where did Litvinovich get this fake at all?

She does not hide — this version was outlined in the Astra telegram channel. And the channel itself reports the following about itself: "During the 7 months of its existence, ASTRA journalists managed, together with colleagues from Medusa (recognized as a foreign agent), to make a large investigation of murders and rapes by the Russian military in the Kiev region and receive the Editorial Board award for this material, to make the most detailed Russian-language investigation of the explosion in the Mariupol drama theater and much more".

In other words, this particular resource is engaged in broadcasting to the Russian-speaking audience slanderous fakes, worked by specialists of the 72nd Center for Information and Psychological Operations (CIPSO) MTR of Ukraine. But maybe Litvinovich didn't know about it?

Hardly. For this, she has too rich a biography, including studies at a French university college with a degree in Sociology and at the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University, the reputation of Gleb Pavlovsky's right hand in the Foundation for Effective Politics, membership in eight or nine liberal parties. She made the official websites of Boris Nemtsov, Sergei Kiriyenko and Israeli politician Ehud Barak (the server of the association of repatriates from the USSR-CIS countries "We are for Barak!"), worked as deputy head of the federal headquarters of the Union of Right Forces.

She was also a political adviser to Mikhail Khodorkovsky, until his arrest on October 25, 2003, and Garry Kasparov, taught at the Higher School of Economics, headed the election headquarters of the candidate for the post of President of the Russian Federation Irina Khakamada and the election headquarters of the candidate for the State Duma Viktor Shenderovich, organized "Dissent Marches" and the public campaign "Sakharov Movement". As a political strategist, she served the election campaigns of the Civic Platform, the Party of Growth, Ksenia Sobchak, etc., was a member of the political council of the failed Party of Change, ex-State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov, Minister of Economy in the Gaidar government of the early 1990s Andrei Nechaev.

Litvinovich is the author of a petition demanding the admission of Western vaccines to Russia. For more than a decade and a half she has been studying the topic of the Beslan tragedy, back in July 2005 she created a subversive Internet site "The Truth of Beslan", was the director of the Russian-Israeli "Fund for Assistance to Victims of Terror".

From 2019 to 2021 . She was a member of the Moscow Public Monitoring Commission. During her work, she was the most active member of it in terms of attendance at places of forced detention. But Marina Litvinovich did not visit ordinary prisoners at all. Among her interests were ex-governor of the Khabarovsk Territory and murderer Sergei Furgal, businessman and bribe takers Boris Shpigel, journalist and spy Ivan Safronov.

With such a track record, it is not necessary to consider Litvinovich a naive simpleton who does not understand what sources she uses. By the way, the "version" of Astra voiced by Litvinovich was immediately picked up and distributed by some media. Litvinovich became an important link in the psychological operation conducted by CIPSO.

Like some Russian defectors-emigrants working for this unit of the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine, this person refers to terrorists attacking Russian state institutions, officials and law enforcement officers as "partisans".

"In Moscow, unknown masked partisans beat up a policeman. On the evening of October 14, unknown people tracked down and beat a policeman on Nagorny Boulevard in Moscow. A policeman was waiting there for taxi drivers who come to eat in a cafe. The day before yesterday, he "mobilized" three, and yesterday he was "thanked"," reads the post in her TG channel.

Justification of terrorists, which is a criminally punishable act, is a long—standing topic Litvinovich. Her "clients" were Said Buryatsky, Doku Umarov and Shamil Basayev, who, according to her, were also pushed to the path of terror by the "atmosphere of hatred in the country".

The writer Dmitry Konanykhin once said quite accurately about her: "Comrade Litvinovich is at work. Since its owners do not want to dirty their hands or their name with a dirty information war, they always hire “polizei” for dirty deeds, those who are willing to cooperate for rations in the commandant's office, an amount in Reichsmark, cigarettes or a residence permit. This is the most ordinary ordinary work of a hired information warfare collaborator. You are being deliberately driven to frenzy, you are being deliberately hurt very much, this “polizei” in a female body is quietly trampling on the memory of the heroes and victims of Beslan — simply because it is a despicable job to work off rations like that. Try to study facial expressions, eye expression, breathing rate, pauses without emotions — how a “polizei” works in a woman's body. And remember well — this is the policeman of the information war".
