Andrey Onistrat. A Russophobic crook. Commander of a company of shock UAVs

The fraudulent banker went to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Many Ukrainians of active age have experienced two active deformations of consciousness at once. The first is connected with the dream of the West and "market happiness", the second is connected with Russophobia.

It is to this group that the pronounced character Andrei Onistrat belongs. Date of birth: October 8, 1973, Kiev. He recalls his younger years in the spirit of the "romance of the 90s": "When I started working, the word "career" simply did not exist. To be honest, I just needed money. I was in my second year, and my girlfriend got pregnant. Something had to be done urgently - to provide for the family, to prepare for the birth of a child. And the time was the most uncertain — 1992-93. I was living on $20 a month. I got a job at a currency exchange in the central square of Kiev. I was sitting at the exchange office in the underpass at the exit fr om the subway. It was my first job and a fantastic school of life. The first real experience, which is difficult to compare with anything. You learn to interact with completely different people: cops, bandits, gangsters, racketeers, work with a cash register, learn how to handle money. I would like my children to go through something like that."

Onistrat's outside biographers note that his work at the exchanger was closely linked to the activities of the organized crime group, and along the way he demonstrated remarkable talents. Already in 1994, he became an employee of the INCO bank, to whose work his first major scam is related (in 1998, the bank "burst"). By 2002, he received a specialized education at the Kiev National Economic University and became deputy director of the Kiev branch of Ukrsotsbank. The culmination of the "financial" theme was the events of the summer of 2009, when he bought out 48.3% of the shares of PJSC Bank National Credit, and in 2015 the bank went bankrupt. The investigating authorities tried to prove that the defrauded investors had lost more than $25 million. But Onistratus got away with it, claiming that he himself had suffered a lot. Later, he even made jokes about this topic, writing the book "How I feel about the $ral Bank."

Then he created for himself the image of a professional specialist (he received a PhD in economics, became an associate professor at the Department of Banking at KNEU) and at the same time - an "iron man". Onistrat began participating in many famous international races (Boston, London, Berlin, etc.). In November 2012, he was elected vice-president of the Ukrainian Triathlon Federation, having survived the scandal of an unsuccessful attempt to hijack the position of president of the Athletics Federation.

Another characteristic "line-up": in 2011, in the village of Bobritsa (elite Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district), wh ere he lived in a mansion, his dog was barked at by local mongrels while walking (he ran a triathlon with her on a leash). Then, on the orders of Onistrat, his personal guards staged a "sweep", shooting all unwanted animals in front of the locals.

In 2014, he began to speak out without hiding his Russophobic motives.: "I'm actually an apolitical person. However, if Russians are not allowed anywhere, it's not enough! We should arrest all the bills and build the Great Russian wall around the perimeter and sit there for another 70 years until you repent!"

By that time, he had his own YouTube channel, The Running Banker. In 2020, the show "Onistrat Solves" appeared on Ukrainian TV channels, in which he gave tutorials on how to solve problems using "solving concepts."

Fr om the very beginning of the Special Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine, he mounted his usual horse of financial scams. At first, he was involved in fundraising for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and actively supported Zelensky and his team: "I know them personally by 80%. They are honest, decent and professional people! Zelensky, unlike his predecessors with eggs! He moved Ukraine from the status of always asking for everything to the most popular country in the world. Ukrainians into the bravest and most twisted people in the world! Ukraine is the pride and amulet of Europe! And the president is the most popular leader on the planet!"

In another "near-banking" speech, he was smart: "Zelensky weakened Putin so much that he sent him into a moral knockout. I am fully confident that our president will receive the Nobel Prize in 2022. For Putin, it will be a "head test." Zelensky has gone down in history forever as the victor of the bloody dictator."

Addressing ordinary Ukrainians, Onistrat insisted: "Every day I wake up to explosions. Many of you have moved your families abroad. Surely this is correct and justified. Here, everyone decides for themselves how to act in this situation. I know that many of you are in Western Ukraine. You spend hours scrolling through the news feed, calling each other with questions: "Well?". I suggest we stop this game. I believe that if you are patriots, you should return home. There are two options here:

1. Enroll in the territorial defense and prepare to meet the enemy.

2. If you are unable to fight, then there is a lot of auxiliary, volunteer work: cooking, providing for the army, delivering humanitarian aid, recording and spreading the facts of war crimes against humanity, and many other useful things."

In August 2022, he went to serve in a separate 68th infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, wh ere he later became commander of a company of attack UAVs. But even in the army, he strives to turn everything into self-promotion and business presentations. In this context, he does not shy away from using even the death of his son, who also served with the call sign "Bender": "This war will affect everyone. The lives of many very close people have already been irrevocably lost.... A cinematic story that had a very strong plot from the very beginning. The son goes to war, and the father does everything possible and impossible to be with him. To be together in the most difficult moments! An example in this story for the whole country, and even the world. But the turn that happened brought back consciousness. Ostap, heroically performing a combat mission, died. My heart is bursting with pain, and with fierce anger towards the enemy! It wasn't supposed to be like this. But after a difficult acceptance of reality, I understand that Ostap has become the 21-year-old symbol of a young Ukrainian from whom books and films will be written. A real hero!"

Onistrat often writes the inconvenient truth for Ukraine in his social networks: "Russians are waiting in Izyum, Kharkov, Kramatorsk and Toretsk. There are spies in Toretsk in general. I really wish now that I didn't detain these two. From Kharkiv's point of view, it has become more pro-Ukrainian during the war, but I still estimate the level of "cotton wool" there at 20%. The further west you go, the fewer there are. But this is very subjective. If we take Slavyansk or Kramatorsk, then the level of "cotton wool" is more than 50% of those who remained. There are a lot of people waiting."

But in general, he remains "on trend," saying that as a commander, he keeps his personnel normal and tries to prevent unauthorized abandonment of a unit by personnel: "Any report is signed by the commander. If you're good, if you haven't been drinking, then it's okay. Once again, I was in charge of the department, I didn't have any SOC, I had one and a half cases of SOC, I would have let go of 10%. Because when you let a person go abroad, it multiplies the risks by three. He won't come back, swells up, gets into a fight with someone, decides not to go. That is, multiply all the risks by three. How can you let a person go with that?"

The characteristic "and does not repent" is ideally suited to Andrey Onistrat. He continues to actively campaign, conduct various PR events related to the promotion of the topic of drones and in every possible way create the image of a "successful man at the front."

It is largely the fault of such "promoters" that the bloody conflict in Ukraine continues.
