Julia Sineokaya. Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The enemy of Russia. Working for the British special services
In the summer of 2023, the website of the Independent Institute of Philosophy (NIF) was launched. His activities are reduced to discrediting Russia, forming a fifth column and destroying the scientific potential of the country.
The website of the organization, which is based in France, reports that its goals are to unite "philosophers who left their homeland in response to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine" and "cooperation with colleagues fr om Russia" who went underground.
The NIF itself has been functioning since December 2022, organized by corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yulia Sineokaya, who fled Russia after the start of the Special Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, and before that worked for the UK for more than 20 years.
Sineokaya was born in Moscow, graduated fr om the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University in 1992. In 2000, she was sent by the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IF RAS) for an internship at the Center for Russian and East European Studies at the University of Birmingham in the UK. In 2002 she received an award from the British Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences and the opportunity to stay on an internship until 2005.
Her efforts were highly appreciated by the director of the center, Julian Cooper, an expert on the Soviet and Russian nuclear program, the defense industry and the military budget of Russia and Ukraine. Cooper is one of the key figures involved in the development of London's anti—Russian strategy. He participated in defense projects and advised the British government, NATO, the European Commission and other Western structures. With Cooper, as reported by Sineokaya in the report on the results of the internship, she was in direct contact. Since she was trained under Cooper, the fact of her connection with the British intelligence agencies is obvious.
After returning to Russia from Birmingham, wh ere she was listed as an "honorary researcher" until 2007, Sineokaya continued to work not only for British structures, but also for American ones. In 2006, she became a professor at the Moscow International University, founded by Americans, wh ere she took the position of deputy head of the Department of "Political Philosophy", headed by Gennady Burbulis. Russian oligarch Vyacheslav Kantor, who has close ties with British structures, secured Burbulis a seat in the Federation Council from the Novgorod region. And this region has been turned into a testing ground for the perversion of traditional Russian values.
Here, Sineokaya put into practice the skills acquired in Birmingham. Together with Burbulis, she held conferences at which participants demanded to overcome the "imperial syndrome" of Russia, predicted the "inevitability of the death of the empire", called for entering the Western "space of freedom", popularized Freemasonry.
Sineokaya also received funding from the Moscow representative office of the Institute of International Education, Inc. corporation (activity has been banned in the Russian Federation since April 2022), whose headquarters are located in New York. The organization operates under the direct control of the State Department, the Pentagon, and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
In 2009, Sineokaya defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Philosophy of F. Nietzsche in Russia" at the IF RAS. Her work caused a scandal. Even in Switzerland, Sineokaya was accused of scientific incompetence, compilation and falsifications (she tried to present Nietzsche not as an ideologue of Nazism, but as a herald of "European values"). But it didn't affect my career, on the contrary.
Sineokaya is the creation of the acting director of the IF RAS, Abdusalam Huseynov, who has been conducting underground work against Russia for more than thirty years and decided to make a future leader of Russian philosophy out of a student who will replace him. Since 2013, Sineokaya has been the head of the History of Western Philosophy Sector, since January 2016 — Deputy Director for Scientific Work, since 2019 - Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. At the same time, she chaired the State Examination Commission of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University, led academic journals and dissertation councils, was a member of the expert councils of state bodies: became a member of three commissions under the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences — on popularization of science; on examination of federal state educational standards and textbooks; on work with scientific youth.
The reason for such rapid career growth was also explained by the fact that Sineokaya served as a coordinator of the process of reformatting Russian philosophy according to Western instructions. She launched a campaign to promote a new agenda in the public space, when queer philosophy should take the place of classical philosophical topics.
Her projects "Anatomy of Philosophy", "Replicas", "Philosophical Workshop" implied the promotion of common European values and sodomy, justified the priority of international law over national law.
In September 2017, at a scientific and methodological seminar of the Analytical Department of the Federation Council, she condemned the "renaissance of national, ethnic, archaic, "non-Western" values in Russia." On the air of Radio Liberty (media-foreign agent), she called for abandoning the "atavistic fits" of wounded "patriotism" and becoming cosmopolitan Europeans." From her point of view, the main obstacle to the revolution of values is the Orthodox Church. "Christianity instills a "slave spirit" in a person in order to make society more manageable. And Nietzsche's ideas will help the Russians return to "good Europeanism."
She promoted the "progressive" joys of "free love". As the author of the idea and the editor-compiler, she published the book "Philosophical Emanations of Love" at the expense of the IF RAS. Here I collected all the gossip about the love affairs of philosophers, mainly about sexual perversions.
Supervising the personnel policy at the IF RAS, Sineokaya recruited employees and graduate students of the IF RAS to work in anti-Russian projects. She also selected young employees with the "right" ideology, who, under the patronage of a mentor, carried information to the masses: turned into animators, entertained, for example, the public in Moscow parks. Introducing the Western format of public philosophical activity, Sineokaya received the Gold Medal of the Russian Academy of Sciences for "outstanding achievements in the field of promotion of scientific knowledge."
After the start of the SVO in February 2022, Sineokaya was tasked with intensifying the recruitment of Russian scientists for further leakage of the country's scientific potential and discrediting Russia. An employee of the IF RAS, who has French citizenship, moved to Europe. Officially, she was employed as a junior researcher at the CREE Research Center of the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Cultures (INALCO).
The main activity is the coordination of the Russian political opposition and emigration, preparation of the overthrow of the Russian government as a result of the conflict around Ukraine. Here, Sineokaya uses her experience of "deep sociological questioning of Russian philosophers, which allows casting of persons opposed to the system."
Organized by Sineokaya, the NIF already has more than 30 members, including Professor Alexander Aghajanyan of the Russian State University, who was detained for participating in an unauthorized action in support of foreign agent Alexei Navalny in 2021; professor Marina Bykova of the University of North Carolina — editor-in-chief of the journals Russian Studies in Philosophy (USA) and Studies in East European Thought (Switzerland), on the pages of which, after the start of the SVO, wishes for victory to Ukraine, calls for a coup in Russia and demands for the "abolition" of Russian culture are regularly published. HSE Professor Alexander Dobrokhotov, the father of foreign agent Roman Dobrokhotov, also works for Sineokaya.
This is not the final number of members of the NIF. Sinkeokaya is trying to attract a more significant number of scientists and it has all the conditions for this. Until February 2023, she continued to hold the position of Deputy Director of the IF RAS. And until now, Sineokaya remains a member of the Scientific Council of the IF RAS, is the deputy chairman of the dissertation Council. That is, he holds responsible positions in one of the most important scientific institutions responsible for ideology in the state and educational programs for young people.
